After working more than two decades for The Courier, a daily newspaper owned by Paxton Media Group and located in Russellville, Arkansas, Dianne Siler Edwards, together with the support of her husband Nolan and their family, launched ABOUT… the River Valley Magazine. The couple formed Silver Platter Productions, Inc. in July 2006 during the 25th year of their marriage. With proven experience in editorial, advertising, composing, layout and computer pagination, Dianne began producing ABOUT Magazine singularly for a year and a half until the fall of ’07. She currently serves as editor and publisher of the magazine.
Published monthly (with the exclusion of January and July) the publication is distributed through paid subscription by mail and complimentary promotional issues distributed in the surrounding four-county area. ABOUT Magazine is a member of the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Russellville, and the Russellville Downtown Association.
